yesterday during ballet class i was facing the mirror to practice my turn on point
then suddenly my teacher look at me and started shouting from no where saying
"MICHELLE LIM CHUI MUN!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

and i look at her and i was like OMG are you serious?????????
but was she say was actually true also cause i am not a girl who can overcome stress easily

when i am stress i intend to eat a lot or maybe sit and cry
whenever the food which goes into my mouth its always fattening food
exp:- CHOCLATES,MILO ICE EXTRA MILO POWDER ON THE TOP,CHEESY FATTY PIZZA AND SO ON and when it goes into my mouth it turns to be come FATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when i cry its normal for me cause i am the person who can cry easily lol my family knows that =D (got a fragile heart)

just now i had for lunch was 2 left over pizza and a deli wing chicken and a big cup of ice cold ribena
diet plan failed!!!!!!!!!!!
GONNA START DIET MAYBE TOMORROW OR 1ST NOV AFTER FINALS
no idea bout it yet cause i go to be thin and fit before my ballet concert which is this DECEMBER!!!!!

ITS THE TRUTH

my left hand almost broke but luckily i didn't or not i can't take my adv.found ballet exam this thurs and i got to waste rm800 for the ballet fees
now it has bruises all over my left hand
yesterday was worst you can see the bump and the red marks and all but today theres just bruises all over it with light blueblacks
but my hand cannot move that much it hurts wen i lift it up and it hurt more with just a slight soft light touch dunnoe how i am gonna dance

i will never tell what happen lol
cause its embarassing
if you ask me i will give you false info
so better not ask me why or what happen
but i may or may not let you see =D

i was freaking happy and relief to see him home =D
