i thought i was gonna break my bone or something yesterday but i FUCKINGLY survive!!!!!!!

MY BADMINTON SUFFERING TRAINING

my badminton training was actually only on SATURDAYS =D
but i skipped badminton class for 2 weeks
1st week cause got ballet adv found trial exam
2nd week cause bro never go and i'm afraid to go alone lol

theres even reason for the 2nd week lol

1. i don't carry my racket =D my bro carry it for me
2. i am kinda blur so i usually will ask my bro what coach say or how 2 do it
3. my bro usually do the calling work
4.i feel sesated without my bro

thats the reason why i need my bro in training =D

so we decided to go training on SUNDAY as well
so that we can catch up with the others what we missed
and i got to say sunday training is tottally SUFFERING!!!!!!!!

i got to do 120 sit ups with the bench!!!!!!!!!
and 120 push up!!!!!!!!
3 set of smash,run,net
then 3 set of i 4got what its called
then half squat for bout 6 minits????????

omg!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS HALF DEATH!!!!!!!!!!! FACE WAS TURNING RED!!!!!!
